Apple Support에 가서 미리 예약을 하고 방문해야 한다.

Mac notebooks를 선택하면(얘들도 laptop말고 notebook도 쓰구만, notebook이라고 하면 왜 못알아먹는 거냐..)

몇가지 선택지가 있는데 

(1) Internet & Connectivity는 그냥 집에서 해결할 수 있도록 전화나 채팅만 뜨는데, 

(2) Hardware Issues 들어가면 좀 다양한데 거기서 Display issue를 누르니까

(3) 한 놈 더 나왔다. Bring in for Repair.....

들고가자!!

예약 잡고 가서, 

Genius Bar 앞에 있는 아이패드 들고 있는 사람한테 예약했다고 하면,

무슨 등록 절차하고 나서 Genius Bar에 앉으면 예약 시간에 응대해준다..

이것 저것 물어보고, 이해 못하더만

Spotlight 켜서 console이라고 치니까 진단결과가 쫙 나타난다. 

그거 보더만 GPU Kernel 문제가 있다고 수리해준단다.

그래도 보증기간 안이라 공짜래... 가격보고 너무 놀랬는데..

진단 받아야 한다.

아니면.. 475달러 후덜덜...

그래도 지니어스가 진짜 바로 딱 진단해서 수리 보내서 다행이다.

그리고 4일만에 수령완료.

제품 받을 때 사진이 들어가 있는 ID가 필요하다.

수리 받고 나면 이런 수리확인서를 준다. 

고마워. 고쳐줘서.. 원래 멀쩡한걸로 줬어도 좋았겠지만 그래도 수리해줘서 고마워.
